Roberts Jackson Employee Ownership Scheme launched
RJ launched a new innovative share scheme in December 2015 and the first tranche of shares have been signed off this month.
24 employees across the firm have been selected to participate in the scheme and were handed shares this month in recognition of their contribution to the firm’s success to date.
The scheme is unique for a law firm in the fact that the shares have been awarded to the employees without them having to pay for the shares to reward them for their hard work and dedication over the years.
As the business value grows, those shares will also grow in value and will release a future cash benefit for those employees who have helped drive the value of the business upwards.
A further review will take place in 6 months to consider other employees who demonstrate that they can add value, drive performance and provide the best client care for our client’s as well as be a well-rounded ambassador for Roberts Jackson Solicitors.
