Roberts Jackson earns Lexcel re-accreditation
Roberts Jackson Solicitors are delighted to announce that the firm has achieved re-accreditation for The Law Society – Lexcel – excellence in legal practice management and client care. This is the 7th year running that the firm has opted for the assessment.
Lexcel is an optional, recognised accreditation scheme designed specifically for law firms. It is awarded when a firm is deemed to meet high client care and business management standards. To be awarded and maintain the Lexcel accreditation a practice must apply annually and go through a rigorous assessment.
An onsite visit by a Lexcel assessor and background checks are a standard requirement however there are seven different measurable areas that the scheme sets out to analyse. These are: structure and strategy, financial management, information management, people management, risk management, client care and case management.
CEO, Karen Jackson commented
