Roberts Jackson earns Lexcel Accreditation once again
Roberts Jackson Solicitors are delighted to announce that we have once again earned a Lexcel accreditation for the second year running.
Lexcel is an optional, recognised accreditation scheme designed specifically for law firms. It is awarded when a firm is deemed to meet high client care and business management standards. To be awarded and maintain the Lexcel accreditation a practice must apply annually and go through a rigorous assessment.
An onsite visit by a Lexcel assessor and background checks are a standard requirement but the accreditation also takes into account many other elements of a firm’s day to day management.
Karen Jackson, Director and Co-owner of Roberts Jackson has said
“We are proud to once again receive our lexcel accreditation. Client care is key to our continued success and this accreditation is testament to our approach to client care and risk management within our business as a whole”
Lucy Scott-Moncrieff, President of the Law Society of England and Wales, said
“Gaining and maintaining Lexcel is no mean feat. There are many facets of being a Lexcel accredited law firm, including client care. A commitment to customer service in today’s evermore competitive legal services market is vital. By undergoing the rigorous Lexcel application and assessment process practices can show the positive steps they are taking to help clients in the increasingly diverse, complicated legal services market. The scheme is a beacon of quality to clients and potential clients alike.”
Roberts Jackson is now part of a list of over 1200 firms that have gained the same accreditation in England and Wales.
