Victim of Industrial Deafness receives £5,000.00 Compensation
The Claimant was exposed to high levels of noise at work whilst employed by a large cigarette manufacturer, and went on to develop Industrial Deafness.
She was employed between 1985 and 1992, she was never provided with any form of hearing protection nor was she warned about the dangers of exposure to excessive noise.
