Roberts Jackson Shortlisted for Excellence in Client Service at the Law Society Excellence Awards
Roberts Jackson Solicitors are proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for Excellence in Client Services at the 2016 Law Society Excellence Awards. The announcement comes shortly after we won the Boutique Firm of the year at this another national law awards ceremony – The Lawyer Awards.
This award celebrates commitment and service in client care. Firms shortlisted for this award are expected to describe their client service model, including how and when it was implemented, how performance is measured and how successes and lessons learned are communicated. Placing a strong emphasis on client care and wanting to demonstrate your commitment to continued excellence in client service is key for this award.
We have worked hard as a firm over the years to continuously improve our client service. Recently we have worked on even easier and simpler ways for our clients to access our service and use it efficiently. Our level of client service begins with our award winning training programme which not only focuses on the fundamentals of running Industrial Disease Cases but, incorporates the key service levels that are expected when working for Roberts Jackson and representing our clients.
We would like to congratulate all other nominees for the various awards for this year’s Law Society Excellence Awards and look forward to seeing them later this year.
The winners will be announced at a prestigious awards ceremony taking place on Thursday 20 October, at the Hilton Park Lane in London where the top firms across the country will be celebrating the very best work in the legal profession.
