Carpal Tunnel Syndrome – This is the compression of the median nerve travelling through the carpal tunnel in the wrist causing a significant amount of pain for the sufferer. It affects blood vessels, muscles, joints and nerves in the wrist, arm and fingers causing numbness, tingling and blanching of the fingertips.
