Jennifer joined RJ in October 2010 as a trainee solicitor, having completed her degree at Sheffield Hallam University. She subsequently attended Law School part time whilst working full time as a Paralegal at Croftons Solicitors where she gained a distinction in her LPC and thereafter qualified as a Solicitor in June 2011 with Roberts Jackson. In January 2012 she was promoted to team leader and managed a team of five junior fee earners whilst running a case load of high value personal injury claims alongside an industrial disease case load which includes NIHL, dermatitis, asthma, RSI and CBS cases. Alongside her fee earning and team leader duties Jennifer assisted Karen Jackson with the management of the medical agencies and medical experts whilst assisting the firm to set up their clinical negligence department.
In December 2012 she was promoted to Associate and Head of Medico Legal Services.
In March 2013 she oversaw the implementation of the LASPO reforms within the practice and in July 2014 she was made Senior Associate Director, responsible for overseeing the improvement and development of operations which spans the core fee earning division, by implementing and designing support processes and systems and across the organisation.
With 8 years of experience running and assisting with NIHL and PI claims, Jennifer has assisted with claims attracting awards worth over £200,000.
